PokerStars Ignite Series launches with $5M in prizes on FanDuel
The Ignite Series is set to launch on PokerStars on FanDuel, offering 90 tournaments with $5 million in guaranteed prizes. Players in Michigan, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania can now register and view the full schedule on the platform. The series runs from April 18 to May 4, featuring a mix of no-limit hold'em and pot-limit Omaha events. The series kicks off with two major events on April 19: the $100 Dynasty, boasting a $200,000 guarantee, and the $500 Firestorm, with a $150,000 prize pool. Three Main Events will take centre stage, including a $50 single-day tournament with a $100,000 guarantee. The $300 Main Event, running over two days, carries a $500,000 guarantee, while the $1,500 Main Event offers a $250,000 prize pool.
The highlight of the series is the $500,000 guaranteed Main Event on May 3. This edition of the Ignite Series also marks the return of the Sunday Million, a staple tournament absent for 15 years since its original run on PokerStars. Access to the full schedule and registration is available exclusively through the PokerStars on FanDuel client for players in the three eligible states.
