SerVlaMin triumphs in 2024 PokerStars New Year Series Main Event

Online poker tournament phenomenon SerVlaMin did it again! He took down the 2024 PokerStars New Year Series Main Event for a staggering $284,374 by defeating Jakob 'Succeeed' Miegel from Germany heads-up.

It was a stacked final table with Michel 'FreeLancerZZ' Dattani, Pascal 'Pass_72' Lefrancois, Vlad 'dariepoker' Darie, Sam 'SamSquid' Grafton and Dominik 'Bounatirou' Nitsche.

None of them made it to heads-up play though, which was a battle of the online crushers: SerVlaMin vs. Succeeed.

Jakob 'Succeeed' Miegel held a dominant two-to-one chip lead at the start of heads-up play. However, SerVlaMin managed to turn things around by doubling up to take over the lead.

From his point on, he never looked back. The decision fell, when all of Miegel's chips went in preflop with As3s and SerVlamin made the call with QcJs..

A Queen on the turn and that was all she wrote. SerVlamin wins the 2024 PokerStars New Year Series Main Event for a staggering $284,374.
