Yaamava' Resort Unveils Luxury Cocktail Program for 40th Anniversary
Yaamava' Resort and Casino has unveiled a new cocktail program to mark its 40th anniversary. The luxury resort, California's only AAA Five-Diamond casino destination, partnered with Giancarlo Bar Consulting to redesign its beverage offerings. Guests can now enjoy the refined menu at The Pines Modern Steakhouse, Y Lounge, and Lobby Bar. The reimagined cocktail program introduces three distinct collections: Twists on Classics, From Grape to Glass, and The 86 Collection. Each category offers a globally inspired take on luxury drinks, blending tradition with innovation. Kenji Hall, the resort's general manager, stated the aim was to surprise and delight visitors with every sip.
Giancarlo Mancino, founder of Giancarlo Bar Consulting, led the collaboration. His firm has spent the past five years shaping high-end bar projects worldwide, from Dubai and New York to London and Singapore. Notable achievements include award-winning designs, partnerships with luxury chains like Four Seasons and Mandarin Oriental, and the global launch of Mancino Vermouthโnow sold in over 40 countries. Mancino's expertise also extends to judging at the World's 50 Best Bars awards. The new cocktail menu is now available across three venues within Yaamava' Resort and Casino. It reflects the resort's commitment to elevated guest experiences while celebrating four decades of hospitality. The partnership with Giancarlo Bar Consulting brings international flair to California's premier casino destination.
