WCOOP's $10M Main Events offer free $22 tickets for PokerStars players
The World Championship of Online Poker (WCOOP) at PokerStars is nearing its final stages. Players in the .COM and .UK markets now have a chance to join the action with free tournament tickets. A limited-time offer is giving new and existing members of PokerOrg access to $22 entries for the upcoming events.
The WCOOP Main Events begin on Sunday, September 28. Six tournaments will feature different buy-ins and poker styles, with combined prize guarantees exceeding $10 million.
PokerOrg members in PokerStars' .COM and .UK regions can claim one free $22 ticket each. The offer is open to new players creating their first accounts, but only the first 45 members of The Org to sign up will receive it.
High-profile names have already made their mark in this year's series. Brazilian footballer Neymar Jr. competed in multiple events, finishing 11th in a $5,000 6-MAX No-Limit Hold'em Turbo and second in the $5,200 Titans tournament for a $99,000 payout. Meanwhile, players like Blaz 'Scarmak3r' Zerjav and 'B00mslang' have secured multiple wins throughout the series.
The free ticket promotion gives more players a shot at the WCOOP's biggest prizes. With six Main Events on the horizon, the competition is set to intensify. The series will wrap up after the final tournaments conclude later this month.
