Wahl folds to Wayne's bold river bet in WSOPC Tallinn showdown

The 6-Max Event at WSOPC Tallinn 2025 has drawn 428 players, with intense action unfolding in recent hands. Sebastian Wahl and James Wayne clashed in a notable pot that saw both players make key decisions. The hand ended with Wahl folding after a river bet from his opponent.

The action began when Wahl, sitting in the Cut-off, raised to 3,400. Wayne, in the Small Blind, was the only player to call, taking the pot heads-up to the flop.

On the 5♥ Q♠ 4♥ board, Wayne check-called Wahl's continuation bet of 3,200. The 8♥ turn saw both players check, keeping the pot at 15,000. When the 5♣ river fell, Wayne fired a bet of 3,000.

Wahl took nearly a minute to think before releasing his hand. After the showdown, Wahl held 118,000 in chips, while Wayne's stack stood at 84,000.

The hand marked a shift in chip distribution between the two players. Wayne's river bet forced a fold, securing him a modest gain. The tournament continues with 428 entrants still vying for the title.
