Vietnamese Artists Dazzle at Korean Expo 2025 in Paris
The Korean Expo 2025 in Paris recently hosted a vibrant performance by artists from the Vietnamese Cultural Centre in France. The event, organised by the Association Mes Amis (AMA) in collaboration with local authorities, drew dignitaries including the Vietnamese Ambassador to France and the Mayor of the 15th arrondissement of Paris.
The Vietnamese artists showcased a blend of traditional and contemporary elements. They performed the captivating 'Đất Nước Lời Ru', the soulful melody of the 'đàn bầu', and a unique fusion of 'Onara' with Korean music. These performances highlighted the diversity of Asian culture, captivating international audiences.
The expo, honouring Korean culture, fostered cultural exchange and connectivity among nations. Other Vietnamese performances included lively tunes celebrating the Vietnamese New Year and the spirit of the Central Highlands region, played on the 'T'rưng' bamboo xylophone.
