Trust-Based Social Market Opens in Vienna's 14th District
Mario Orth, renowned for his charitable work, is set to open a new social security market on Hütteldorfer Straße in Vienna's 14th district. The market, organized by Orth and the MA20, will operate on a trust-based system, offering free staple foods to those in need. It aims to support single parents, low-income pensioners, and students. Meanwhile, a children's Christmas market is planned in the Donaustadt district from December 4 to 20.
Initially featuring four stalls, the social security market on Hütteldorfer Straße could expand to eight. It will offer children’s punch, cookies, and handmade Christmas items. All proceeds will go towards supporting children and young people in need. The market's organizer, Mario Orth, is also known for his free food distributions to those in poverty. One beneficiary, the Butterbrot children’s group in Alsergrund, requires €5,000 for renovations, which Orth has committed to cover.
The social security market on Hütteldorfer Straße is located at Hütteldorfer Straße 188, 1140 Vienna. It will operate on a trust-based system for verifying eligibility, ensuring that those in need can access the free staple foods.
The new social security market on Hütteldorfer Straße, organized by Mario Orth and the MA20, promises to provide vital support to those in need.
