The Iconic’s new loyalty program and Coles’ cancer charity push lead this week’s retail highlights

A new loyalty scheme from The Iconic is set to reward shoppers with exclusive perks. Meanwhile, Coles has teamed up with major brands to raise funds for a cancer charity. Elsewhere, a luxury Melbourne getaway and a fresh line of ice cream flavors are also making headlines this week.

The Iconic has unveiled Front Row, a free loyalty program designed to reward frequent customers. As shoppers spend more, they unlock higher status levels and better rewards. The scheme also aims to promote mindful purchasing habits.

Coles is supporting Redkite, a national cancer charity, by adding red stickers to selected products. Brands like Bickford’s and Vegemite will take part, with a portion of sales going to the charity. Shoppers can spot the stickers in stores now.

Peters is rolling out a Road Trippers range of Drumstick ice creams, inspired by famous Australian landmarks. Flavors include nods to the Big Rocking Horse and the Big Banana. The multipacks will sell for $9.50 at Coles, Woolworths, and independent grocers across the country.

A luxury giveaway worth $1,400 is up for grabs in Melbourne. 1 Hotel Melbourne, From Here, and Hellyers Road Distillery are offering a night’s stay, breakfast, $200 spending money, a bottle of whiskey, and valet parking. To enter, participants must follow the brands on Instagram and submit details via a link. Entries close at midnight on Sunday, 28 September, with the winner drawn on 1 October and announced in Melbourne soon after.

The Iconic’s loyalty program will give shoppers more reasons to return, while Coles’ charity push will help fund cancer support services. The luxury giveaway and new ice cream range add extra incentives for consumers this month. Winners and new products will be revealed in the coming weeks.
