Texas Precious Metals Teams Up With Rodeo Star Josie Conner for New Silver Round
Texas Precious Metals has announced a new partnership with breakaway roping champion Josie Conner. The collaboration highlights the company's growing commitment to rodeo and its athletes. Both sides share a focus on discipline, integrity, and high performance.
Founded in 2011, Texas Precious Metals has become one of the world's largest dealers in gold, silver, and other precious metals. The firm serves retail, wholesale, and institutional clients, emphasizing fast service and customer care. Under its Texas Mint brand, it also produces custom-minted products, including licensed items for partners.
Conner, a rising star in breakaway roping, was named WPRA Resistol Rookie of the Year in 2022. She has qualified four times for the Wrangler National Finals Breakway Roping and owns the 2024 and 2025 AQHA Horse of the Year. Her success aligns with the company's values, making the partnership a natural fit.
This deal follows Texas Precious Metals' earlier collaborations with top rodeo athletes. Past partners include Tuf Cooper (team roping), Caleb Smidt (tie-down roping), and Hailey Kinsel (barrel racing), all world champions in their disciplines. These partnerships have helped promote the company's branded precious metals, including commemorative rounds and bars.
A special Josie Conner Silver Round will launch in June 2026 under the Texas Mint label. The design will reflect her career achievements and legacy in rodeo.
The partnership marks Texas Precious Metals' continued expansion into rodeo sponsorships. A limited-edition silver round celebrating Conner's journey will arrive in mid-2026. The move strengthens the company's ties to the sport while supporting one of its fastest-rising competitors.
