Swedish poker pros dominate €555 No Filter Hold'em showdown

A €555 no-limit hold'em tournament has drawn 36 players to the No Filter Poker Series, including three Swedes with strong track records in similar events. The one-day contest has attracted both seasoned players and organisers from past high-stakes games, including Mounir Tajiou, who has notable results in events like the Kings of Tallinn €1,100 Main Event. His involvement adds weight to the competition, given his experience in both playing and organising events.

Another Swede, Johan Karlsson, has already secured a major win in the region, taking first place in the 2020 Kings of Tallinn €1,100 Main Event. His presence raises the stakes for the other competitors. Jan Risberg, also from Sweden, nearly claimed victory in the first No Filter Poker Series €1,100 Main Event in 2025. With three Swedes in the mix, the tournament features a strong Nordic contingent.

The event's €555 buy-in and one-day format create a fast-paced challenge for all 36 entrants. While no official figures exist on total participants or nationalities in the series, the Swedish players bring proven experience from similar events, suggesting a competitive and unpredictable contest ahead.
