This picture is clicked inside the hotel and in front, we see a table on which white color cloth is placed. On table, we see plates, fork, spoon, glass, branches of tree. Around the table, we see chairs and behind that we see the other table which is like green in color and behind that, we see a man wearing black blazer. Next to him, we see the girl standing and behind them, we see door on which exit is written on it and behind that door, we see two men standing.

Steve Hofstetter cancels Las Vegas show to back striking hotel workers

Comedian Steve Hofstetter has cancelled his upcoming show at Virgin Hotels Las Vegas in support of striking workers. The 45-year-old performer was due to take the stage at the hotel on January 4, 2025, but chose to stand with employees demanding better conditions. His decision follows a similar move by artist Jason Mraz, who also refused to perform at the venue in solidarity with the workers.

Hofstetter’s original performance was scheduled for the 23 Oxford theater at Virgin Hotels Las Vegas. Instead of going ahead, he announced the cancellation to show support for the hotel's striking staff. The Culinary Union, representing the workers, praised his choice as a 'courageous stand for justice and fairness'.

The cancellation adds pressure on Virgin Hotels Las Vegas to address workers' demands. Hofstetter’s rescheduled show will take place at a different venue, ensuring fans still have the chance to see him perform. The Culinary Union continues to advocate for fair treatment as the dispute drags on.
