Royal Caribbean Offers a Free Cruise to Test Its New Two-Story Casino
Royal Caribbean is launching a unique opportunity for travellers to test its newest ship's casino—while sailing for free. The Legend of the Seas, set to debut in summer 2026, will feature the cruise line's first-ever two-story casino. Now, the company is searching for one lucky winner to experience it firsthand on a paid trip through the Mediterranean or Caribbean.
The competition opens at 12 PM EST on February 3, 2026, and runs until 11:59 PM EST on March 31, 2026. Applicants must meet a few key requirements: they need to be at least 21 years old, hold a valid passport, and be available to sail during specific periods. UK entrants should be free between July and September 2026, while those from the USA and Canada must have availability in November or December 2026.
The winner will receive a fully covered cruise, including travel expenses and $1000 (or the equivalent in GBP or CAD) to spend both inside and outside the casino. Their main task? Rating the new two-story casino on a scale of 0 to 10. The evaluation will cover game variety, graphics, atmosphere, and even responsible gaming features. Other factors include payment options, withdrawal times, customer support, and the quality of food and drinks.
The Legend of the Seas itself promises to impress beyond the casino. Alongside the two-deck gaming space—complete with a central bar, grand staircases, and rows of slot machines—it will also host the largest waterpark at sea. Winners will be notified within five working days after the application period closes.
The selected tester will sail on the Legend of the Seas in late 2026, enjoying a free voyage while assessing the ship's flagship casino. Royal Caribbean has not yet released the exact itinerary for the maiden voyage, but the winner's feedback will help shape future guest experiences. Travel costs, onboard expenses, and spending money are all included in the prize.
