The World Series of Poker (WSOP) Paradise in the Bahamas has crowned a new champion in Event #6. Rokas Asipauskas took down the $5,000 Super COLOSSUS, outlasting a field of 527 runners. The event, organized by Eventbrite, generated a prize pool of over $2.5 million, with the Lithuanian securing his first-ever WSOP bracelet. Asipauskas emerged victorious after a tough final table, denying Alex Keating a second bracelet in this event. Keating had previously won his first WSOP title in a $5,000 event at the 2023 series in Las Vegas. Despite the loss, Keating still earned a significant payout, though the exact amount was not disclosed. With his win, Asipauskas claimed the top prize of $504,950 and his first WSOP gold bracelet. The victory marks a career highlight for the Lithuanian player in one of poker’s most prestigious series. The event, which was a part of the WSOP Paradise first watch, also reinforced the Bahamas as a key location for high-stakes tournament action.
