PokerNews Teams Up With 8131 Media for Global Tournament Photography

PokerNews has named 8131 Media as its official photography partner. The team will now document live poker events around the world. Both companies have highlighted the importance of capturing key moments in the game.

The partnership covers some of poker's biggest tournaments. 8131 Media will photograph events like the World Series of Poker, World Poker Tour, North American Poker Tour, and RunGood Poker Series. Their work will support PokerNews' global live reporting efforts.

Shirley Ang, PokerNews Senior Global Live Events Manager, praised the team's skill in capturing decisive hands and player reactions. Tana Karn, Talent Manager at 8131 Media, also expressed pride in the collaboration. While specific photographers were not named, the company's role as the sole official photography provider was confirmed.

The agreement ensures professional photography across PokerNews' live event coverage. 8131 Media's images will feature in reports from major tours worldwide. The partnership aims to enhance visual storytelling for poker fans.
