Poker Masters Showcase nears finale with $270,000 on the line
The Poker Masters Showcase has reached its climax, with seven players remaining after two opening flights drew 239 entries. The $1,000,000 poker event will crown its champion on Monday, awarding the winner $270,000 and the first trophy of the series. Among the finalists, Andrew Ostapchenko holds the chip lead with 7,125,000.
The tournament began with a $1,000,000 prize pool, spread across multiple flights and satellites. Doug Lee and Jim Agate secured their spots through a $560 satellite at ARIA, joining a competitive field. Now, only seven players remain, each with a shot at the poker title.
Andrew Ostapchenko enters the final table as the chip leader. His 2025 has been strong, featuring notable wins and a runner-up finish at the WSOP. Close behind is David Coleman, holding 6,950,000 in chips. With over $11 million in career earnings, Coleman is the most experienced player at the table.
Spencer Champlin also brings momentum, having won twice in the PokerGO Studio and recently cashing at EPT Barcelona. Stephen Song has had a standout year, with multiple wins and high finishes in 2025. Mitchell Halverson rounds out the field, known for success in both live and online poker.
Since its launch in 2021, the PokerGO Tour has seen 312 different players claim at least one victory. This poker event adds another chapter to that growing list.
The final table takes place on Monday, with the winner set to receive $270,000 and the Poker Masters trophy. The remaining players include a mix of rising stars and seasoned professionals, each with a proven track record. The outcome will mark the first major victory of this year's series.
