Phil Hellmuth joins BetRivers as brand ambassador in major poker partnership

Poker legend Phil Hellmuth has partnered with Rush Street Interactive (RSI) as a brand ambassador for its BetRivers platform. The 17-time World Series of Poker (WSOP) champion will take on a wide-ranging role across online and live events. His involvement includes hosting tournaments, creating content, and engaging with players through digital promotions. Hellmuth's collaboration with RSI comes after he sold all his shares in the company in August 2023. At the time, he cited concerns about overvalued markets and broader economic uncertainty. Despite this, the partnership now sees him deeply integrated into BetRivers' operations.

As part of the deal, Hellmuth will lead VIP tournaments both in-person and online. He will also host live casino dealer sessions, run interactive poker games, and provide sports betting commentary. His presence will extend to BetRivers' online casino, sportsbook, and poker sections, as well as media productions like the BetRivers Network and *Poker Night in America*. RSI CEO Richard Schwartz highlighted Hellmuth's ability to bring energy to the game. He praised the poker star's enthusiasm and winning personality, which have long made him a fan favourite. Hellmuth will also connect with players through themed events and promotions on BetRivers' digital platforms. In addition, he will appear at land-based events hosted by BetRivers' casino partners. These sessions will give players direct access to one of poker's most recognisable figures, blending entertainment with competition.

The partnership expands Hellmuth's influence beyond the poker table, embedding him in BetRivers' gaming and media offerings. His role will span live and online experiences, from high-stakes tournaments to casual player interactions. The move strengthens BetRivers' appeal by leveraging Hellmuth's reputation and showmanship.
