Palms Casino Resort unveils $690M renovation with luxury suites and new lounges
The Palms Casino Resort in Las Vegas has completed a major phase of its $690 million renovation. All guest rooms and lounges across its three towers are now open to visitors. The project, which began in 2017, aims to turn the resort into a leading gaming and entertainment destination by the end of 2022. The renovation has already delivered several key upgrades. Brenden Theatres, the Pearl concert venue, and Scotch 80 Prime restaurant have all reopened. New social spaces like the Camden Cocktail Lounge and Apex Social Club, designed by Studio Munge in partnership with Clique Hospitality, are now welcoming guests.
The Fantasy Tower stands out with its themed suites, including the Empathy suite featuring Damien Hirst's signature butterfly and skull motifs. Avenue Interior Design handled the classic rooms, penthouses, and suites in this tower. Meanwhile, the resort's three towers—Palms Place, Fantasy Tower, and Ivory Tower—continue to offer views of the Vegas strip. More additions are still to come. Plans include new dining options, two spas, the Kaos entertainment experience, and an in-house recording studio. The resort remains internationally known for its luxury stays, vibrant nightlife, and poolside attractions.
With most renovations now complete, the Palms is nearing the finish line of its transformation. The final touches, set for late 2022, will solidify its reputation as a top-tier destination. Guests can already experience the updated rooms, lounges, and entertainment venues across the property.
