Ottomar Ladva Claims Fourth EPT Title in €100K Super High Roller Showdown
The European Poker Tour (EPT) Paris 2026 festival is still underway, with the €5,300 Main Event and €10,300 High Roller continuing until March 1. One of the standout moments came in the €100,000 Super High Roller, where Ottomar Ladva claimed victory and a €970,920 prize. His win marks his fourth EPT title, further cementing his reputation in high-stakes poker.
The €100,000 Super High Roller attracted 24 total entries, including 6 re-entries, with 19 players remaining after Day 1. Late registration stayed open until the start of Day 2, allowing additional entrants to join—a common feature in high-roller events.
The final table saw 10 players compete, with Jean-Noel Thorel dominating much of the action before finishing in fourth place. Teun Mulder secured third, leaving Ottomar Ladva and Punnat Punsri to battle heads-up. Their duel lasted over five hours, with both players overcoming significant chip deficits at different stages.
In the end, Ladva outlasted Punsri to take the title. The win added to an impressive February for Ladva, who had already earned over €1 million in high roller events earlier in the month. His total prize from this tournament came from a €2,257,920 pool, shared among the top finishers.
Ladva's victory brings his EPT title count to four, reinforcing his status as a top competitor in elite poker. The EPT Paris 2026 festival continues, with the Main Event and High Roller still drawing attention. Both events remain in progress until the scheduled close on March 1.
