ONE Asia Creative Awards 2025: Seoul Judging a Resounding Success
The 2025 ONE Asia Creative Awards, held in Seoul, received substantial backing from various sponsors and partners. Black Cat White Cat Music, Paulus, and Adobe Magazine as official media partner, along with Campaign Brief Asia, Innored, AdAddict, Brand Brief, MADTimes, and the Seoul Metropolitan Government under Mayor Oh Se-hoon's recognition, all contributed to the event's success.
The jury, comprising top creative leaders from across Asia-Pacific and beyond, convened at The Shilla Hotel. Andrea Choi, Creative Director at Omelette Digital, Hong Kong SAR, highlighted the sense of community and shared creativity among the judges. Tammy Sheu, Founder and CEO of Banana Balloon, Shanghai, praised the judging process as honest, collaborative, and respectful.
Paul Gregson, Creative Director at Bear Meets Eagle on Fire, Sydney, echoed this sentiment, noting the respect among judges for each other's opinions. The two-day judging process was intense, filled with passionate debate, and ultimately rewarding, as described by Kevin Swanepoel, CEO of The One Club for Creativity. Ross Taylor, Group ECD at Havas Play London, felt a strong connection with other judges, while Joe Dy, CCO at VML Manila, appreciated the cultural experience of judging work in different cities. Emir Shafri, CCO at Publicis Groupe Malaysia, found the Seoul judging particularly vibrant and meaningful. Noel Bunting, CCO at Publicis London, was inspired by the diversity of ideas and approaches to problem-solving across Asia.
