Nizhny Novgorod unites families with 36 heartwarming community events

A series of 36 family-focused events has launched across Nizhny Novgorod and its surrounding areas. The campaign, aimed at supporting mothers and children of servicemembers, includes baking workshops, hospital visits, and tea parties. One recent master class in Dzerzhinsk brought together activists and their local families for a hands-on culinary session.

In Dzerzhinsk, a baking workshop took place with backing from the local United Russia branch. Participants, including members of the United Russia Women’s Movement, worked alongside their child and grandchild. Under the guidance of professional chefs, they rolled out dough, prepared fillings, and shaped traditional pies.

The initiative will run across Nizhny Novgorod and its municipalities with 36 planned activities. Each event focuses on practical support, shared experiences, and community bonding. Families involved in the campaign will continue to receive recognition and resources through local family partnerships.
