Mina's Fish House Brings Luxury Seafood Dining to Oahu's Shores

Mina's Fish House has opened its doors at the Four Seasons Resort Oahu in Ko Olina. This upscale seafood restaurant blends contemporary Hawaiian flavors with broader Asian influences, offering a refined dining experience right on the lagoon.

The restaurant sits inside the luxury resort, designed as a polished beach house with multi-level decks and a tiki-accented bar. Guests can dine in the elegant indoor space or choose feet-in-the-sand seating with direct views of the ocean. The menu highlights fresh, locally sourced seafood, prepared with a modern twist.

Signature dishes include the Char-Broiled Shellfish Platter, a towering Hawaiian Seafood Tower, Michael's Tuna Tartare, and a Whole Ginger & Scallion Fish. A standout feature is the 'line-to-table' concept, where local fishers bring in their daily catch, and 'fish sommeliers' guide diners in selecting their preferred preparation.

Mina's Fish House operates under the MINA Group, led by James Beard Award-winning chef Michael Mina. Dinner is served nightly from 4:00 pm to 9:00 pm, with the bar staying open until 11:00 pm. Prices reflect the high-end setting, with OpenTable listing it at '$50 and over' per person.

The restaurant combines premium seafood, attentive service, and a stunning beachfront location. Its focus on fresh, locally caught fish and creative Asian-Hawaiian dishes positions it as a standout dining destination within the Four Seasons Oahu.
