Maksim Tatarintsev has won the RunGood Poker Series Grand Prix San Diego $600 Main Event for the second year in a row. His victory earned him $38,890 after outlasting a field of 348 players. The win follows his 2023 success in the same tournament, cementing his dominance in the event.

Tatarintsev entered the final table with momentum. Early on, his pocket eights hit a runner-runner flush in a three-way all-in, catapulting him to nearly half the chips in play. By the end of Day 2, he had extended his lead by eliminating several opponents, including Nan Chen with pocket kings.
