A new luxury apart-hotel, Blue Sky Apart-Hotel, is set to open in Batumi, Georgia. Situated in the BlueSky Tower's A Block, this premium living space promises elegant design and modern amenities. Despite extensive searches, no information about the project's manager could be found.
The apart-hotel, catering to mid- and high-segment travelers, will feature 795 high-class, hotel-style apartments. It aims to attract both local and international guests, including individuals, families, and business visitors. The property's prime location on Heroes Alley, just a 5-minute walk from the beach, and near major attractions like Batumi Stadium and Black Sea Mall, adds to its appeal.
The adjoining B Block will house over 1,300 residential apartments. Future plans include a casino and retail zones, further enhancing the area's offerings. By 2026, the building will also welcome the Holiday Inn Resort, bringing additional facilities to guests.
The Blue Sky Apart-Hotel is an investment of 200 million GEL, built with energy efficiency, sustainability, and top-quality materials. It promises elegant design and modern amenities, along with breathtaking sea views. Around 150 professionals will be employed at the apart-hotel, contributing to the local economy.
