Lotto Max’s $80M jackpot claimed—but Boxing Day’s prize remains uncollected

The final Lotto Max draw of 2025 delivered a massive prize—but not everyone claimed their reward. A single ticket matched all seven numbers on 23 December, securing the full $80-million jackpot. Yet the Boxing Day draw left its main prize unclaimed for the fifth time in a row.

The 23 December 2025 draw saw one lucky ticket match the winning numbers: 3, 28, 37, 38, 39, 41, and 43, with a bonus number of 45. This single winner took home the entire $80-million jackpot, marking the year’s biggest Lotto Max prize.

Just two days later, the Boxing Day draw offered 49 Maxmillions prizes worth $1 million each. Though many players won smaller amounts, the top prize went unclaimed—again. This marks the fifth consecutive time the main jackpot has rolled over. In total, Tuesday’s draw distributed $129 million in winnings. Alongside the unclaimed jackpot, 46 Maxmillions prizes were awarded, adding up to $126 million. The remaining funds will now carry over to the next draw.

The unclaimed Boxing Day jackpot will roll into the next Lotto Max draw. Players will have another chance to win, with the prize pool growing even larger. The total winnings from Tuesday’s draw reached $129 million, spread across multiple winners.
