Las Vegas casino unveils hybrid gaming salon for influencers and high rollers
A new gaming salon at Park MGM in Las Vegas could soon let players film their wins and share them online. The venue would blend public gaming with a private studio for influencers and celebrities. If approved, it will mark the first major 'hybrid' gaming space since Nevada relaxed rules on recording real-money wagers.
The Nevada Gaming Control Board has recommended approval for the salon, which would allow filming at table games. Patrons could download high-quality, multi-angle clips of their wins—like a digital keepsake from a casino visit. The space will serve two purposes: a public gaming area and a broadcast-ready studio for private recordings.
During private sessions, the public would be asked to leave, giving influencers and celebrities exclusive use of the facilities. The Nevada Gaming Commission will vote on the proposal at its March 26 meeting.
If greenlit, Park MGM will join three other Las Vegas venues with dedicated spaces for gaming content creators. These include the HyperX Arena at Luxor, Kingpin and Hardwood Production Suites at Palms, and the Vegas Live Casino Network at The Plaza. The move follows Nevada's decision to loosen restrictions on capturing audio and video of real-money wagering.
The salon would offer players a new way to share their casino experiences online. It would also expand Las Vegas' growing infrastructure for gaming influencers. A decision on the project is expected later this month.
