Kristaps Kalva busted in epic EPT Paris 2026 showdown against Jason Glatzer

A dramatic hand at the EPT Paris 2026 Main Event saw Kristaps Kalva eliminated in a high-stakes clash. Jason Glatzer emerged victorious, boosting his chip stack to 145,000 after a tense showdown between the two players.

The action began when Viktors Caikins opened the betting with a raise to 5,000. Jason Glatzer responded with a three-bet to 13,500. Kristaps Kalva then escalated further, cold four-betting all-in for 24,000.

Caikins considered his options before folding, leaving Glatzer to decide. He called, revealing K♣ K♥ against Kalva's A♦ K♦. The board ran out 10♣ 9♣ 7♠ 5♦ 8♠, failing to improve Kalva's hand. Glatzer's pocket kings held, securing the pot and eliminating Kalva from the tournament.

The hand pushed Glatzer's stack to 145,000, while Kalva's exit reduced the field further. The EPT Paris 2026 Main Event continues, with 1,023 unique players having originally entered the tournament out of 1,474 total entries.
