Kazakhstan’s Konaev eyes new online casino projects despite strict gambling laws

Under current legislation, online casinos can legally operate only in Almaty and Nur-Sultan (Astana). Outside these zones, online gambling businesses are banned. Yet two large-scale project management initiatives are moving forward in Konaev, aiming to attract foreign tourists and boost local tourism.
