High-Stakes Poker Showdown Ends with Kim Folding to Bagocius’ Bold Bet

A tense hand unfolded between Mantas Bagocius and Jae Han Kim during a recent poker tournament. The clash ended with Kim folding to a strong bet, leaving Bagocius with a larger chip lead. Both players are now preparing for their next event in 2025.

The action began when Bagocius opened the pot to 1,200 from under the gun. Kim responded with a three-bet to 2,500 from middle position. Instead of backing down, Bagocius four-bet to 8,200, and Kim called, building the pot to 16,900.

Bagocius extended his chip advantage in this NCAA tournament encounter, while Kim preserved his remaining stack. Their next showdown is set for the 2025 No Filter Poker Series, where both will compete for another title. The tournament will be held at Olympic Park Casino and the Hilton in May.
