High-Stakes Poker Showdown Ends With a Massive Pot and Bold Bluff

A high-stakes hand unfolded in a recent poker tournament as three players clashed over a sizable pot. Andy Truong opened with a raise to 150,000, setting the stage for a dramatic showdown. The action quickly escalated when Scott Stuve went all-in blind from the big blind position with 195,000 in chips.

Stuve revealed his hand—pocket nines (9♣9♠)—as the cards were dealt. Praba Siva, holding the nut flush draw with K♦8♦, called alongside Truong. The board ran out without further aggression, as both active players checked through each street until the final card.

The hand solidified Siva’s position as the chip leader in the tournament. His well-timed bluff on the river secured a massive pot, while Truong’s stack took a hit. Stuve’s blind shove with pocket nines ultimately failed to materialise, leaving him out of the running for this particular pot.
