High-Stakes Drama Decides PPT Main Event in Bold All-In Showdown

A dramatic final hand decided the PPT Main Event after three players agreed to split the prize money evenly. The showdown saw Luteng Li risk everything with a bold all-in move, while Pav Braich faced a tough call. Each player secured $47,000 before the last cards were dealt.

The action began with Pav Braich raising to 200,000 from the button. Luteng Li, in the big blind, responded by pushing all in for 1,470,000. Braich, holding A♥ 8♦, decided to call, putting his tournament life on the line against Li’s A♦ 5♣.

The board ran out 9♥ 4♠ K♦ 3♣ 2♥, giving Li the winning hand with ace-high. After the dust settled, Braich was left with 3,660,000 in chips, Johnny Dalphond held 3,500,000, and Li had 3,400,000.

Before the final hand, the three remaining players had already negotiated an even chop of the prize pool. This deal guaranteed each of them $47,000, with the eventual winner also taking home the PPT Main Event trophy and an extra $3,000. Any remaining funds from the prize pool were set to be donated as a tip to the dealers and house staff.

The PPT Main Event concluded with a clean split among the final three players, ensuring each walked away with a substantial payout. The additional $3,000 and trophy went to Luteng Li after his winning hand, while the remaining prize money supported the tournament staff as a gesture of appreciation.
