High-stakes $230 poker tournament kicks off with $16,150 prize pool
The latest $230 No-Limit Hold'em tournament has begun, offering a prize pool of $16,150. Players will compete until just one remains with all the chips. This event follows a similar tournament won last time by Bernice McLennan.
Event #8 features a $200 + $30 buy-in and awards 20,000 starting chips. Each level lasts 20 minutes, with nine levels of late entry available until around 9:15 PM. The structure ensures fast-paced action as the field narrows.
The tournament will run until a single player collects all the chips. With a guaranteed prize pool and quick levels, the competition promises an intense finish. The winner will join past champions like McLennan and Parr in the event's record books.
