Heimfeld’s Grumbrechtstraße School Opens Doors for a Fun-Packed Community Day

Grumbrechtstraße-Schulzentrum in Heimfeld is hosting an Eventbrite-style Fun and Information Day on Saturday, November 25, 2023. The event, running from 3 to 6 PM, is open to current students, parents, alumni, and anyone interested in exploring the school's facilities and activities.

Visitors can participate in a variety of activities categorized into 'Crafts/Art', 'Movement', 'Books', and 'Building'. Additionally, music and lighting displays will create a lively atmosphere.

The school will offer guided tours, allowing guests to see classrooms and common areas firsthand. Informational sessions will focus on the work done in grades 0 and 1, as well as lessons in grades 5 and 6, providing a clear picture of daily school life. Advisory booths will be available for those interested in 'All-day school' and 'Inclusion' programmes. An extensive information service will also provide details on school routines, teaching methods, and support options. However, the names of participating teachers or principals will not be disclosed to the public.

The event provides an opportunity for the community to engage with the school's environment and offerings. Those attending will leave with a better understanding of its educational approach and extracurricular activities. No registration is required, and all are welcome to drop in during the scheduled hours.
