Hacksaw Gaming appoints Mikael Rahm as new CFO amid leadership reshuffle
Hacksaw Gaming has named Mikael Rahm as its new chief financial officer, replacing Per Alnefelt. The change comes as the company streamlines its leadership team from January 2026. Meanwhile, its games have expanded into Denmark through a partnership with FDJ United.
Mikael Rahm brings extensive experience to the role, having previously served as CFO and CEO at firms like Bambora, Ingenico, and Swedbank Pay. He takes over from Per Alnefelt, who will continue advising Hacksaw on a consultancy basis. Group CEO Christoffer Källberg thanked Alnefelt for his work and welcomed Rahm to the team.
The new executive management will include Christoffer Källberg (Group CEO), Mikael Rahm (Group CFO), Marcus Cordes (Operational CEO), and Philippa Gregory (Chief Compliance Officer). Gabriel Fenech and Darren Camilleri Mizzi will stay on as chief technology officer and chief legal officer, respectively. The restructuring takes effect from 1 January 2026.
Hacksaw has also expanded its reach in Denmark, launching online slot games via FDJ United. Danish players can now access its titles on Unibet and Mariacasino platforms. This follows a long-standing partnership between the two companies, which already operate in Belgium, the Netherlands, Romania, Sweden, and the UK.
Marcus Cordes, operational CEO, reaffirmed the company’s focus on delivering high-quality games across different markets. Shares in Hacksaw AB (STO:HACK) dipped by 1.34% to SEK64.80 in Stockholm on Monday morning.
The leadership changes and Danish market entry mark a period of transition for Hacksaw Gaming. The reduced executive team and new CFO will guide the company’s strategy moving forward. No successor for Rahm has been announced as of December 2025, with the change not yet in effect.
