Going West: Enforcement Edge Is Live From San Francisco For The ABA White Collar Crime Conference

The ABA’s White Collar Crime Conference has begun in San Francisco, drawing top legal professionals from across the US. Enforcement Edge is providing live coverage of the event, with panels featuring federal prosecutors, judges, and regulators alongside defence lawyers.

The conference brings together key figures in white collar law, including Attorney General Merrick Garland and Deputy Attorney General Lisa O. Monaco as keynote speakers. Other senior government officials will also address attendees on pressing issues in the field.

Discussions will cover a wide range of topics, from criminal antitrust enforcement trends to the ethical challenges posed by AI in white collar cases. Giselle Joffre of Arnold & Porter is set to speak on advancements in False Claims Act litigation and whistleblower practices.
