A dramatic showdown unfolded at the £200 Opener poker tournament in Genting Casino Stratford. Glenn Brown, a well-known figure in poker media, entered the event with a strong stack of 150,000 chips. His run came to an abrupt end after a high-stakes hand against two opponents, Bogdan Jaworski and Christopher Yong.

The action began when Brown, seated in the Lo-jack position, opened with a bet of 16,000 chips. Christopher Yong, in the Hi-jack, called the raise. Bogdan Jaworski then pushed all-in for 33,000 from the Button, forcing Brown to reshove his remaining stack. Yong called, setting up a three-way showdown.

The elimination marked the end of Brown's run in the £200 Opener. Jaworski's straight secured his survival, while Yong further solidified his position as one of the chip leaders. The tournament continued without Brown, who had started the day as a strong contender.
