There is vending machine over here, with a lot of snacks in it. It is operated by giving money in here, so that we can take the snacks and we get the snacks down here after giving money and selecting the snack, and in the background there is a wall and here is the window.

EveryMatrix, BetBlocker & RGF Malta Team Up to Translate BetBlocker into Maltese

BetBlocker, a free tool designed to help users manage their gambling habits, is now available in Maltese. The translation comes after a joint effort by EveryMatrix, the Responsible Gaming Foundation Malta (RGF), and BetBlocker itself. Malta, a key hub for international iGaming, will see local gamblers gain easier access to the software’s features.

The collaboration between EveryMatrix, RGF, and BetBlocker aimed to make the tool more accessible to Maltese speakers. BetBlocker allows users to set limits on their gambling time and encourages responsible play through features like a built-in calendar. The software remains free and anonymous, with no reported partnerships beyond the translation effort.

Duncan Garvie, founder of BetBlocker, thanked EveryMatrix and RGF for their support. He also expressed hope that Maltese regulators might soon require gambling operators to promote blocking tools like BetBlocker to their customers. Jake Cachia, head of compliance at EveryMatrix, reaffirmed the company’s dedication to player protection and responsible gaming solutions. Meanwhile, Kevin O’Neill, general manager of RGF, highlighted the translation as an important move toward inclusivity for Maltese gamblers.

The Maltese version of BetBlocker is now live, offering local users a way to monitor and control their gambling behaviour. The tool’s availability in Maltese aligns with broader efforts to promote responsible gaming in one of Europe’s largest iGaming markets. No further changes to the software or its features have been announced.
