Estonian Haik Tougu wins record-breaking Hendon Mob Championship in Rozvadov
A new record has been set at the 2025 Festival Rozvadov as The Hendon Mob Championship (THMC) attracted 2,417 players. The event surpassed the previous record of 888 runners, creating the largest field in its history. Estonian player Haik Tougu took first place, securing €51,850 in prize money.
The tournament aimed to surpass the 2025 Irish Poker Open’s record of 888 entries. Organisers promised a €300,000 prize pool for a €150 buy-in, drawing massive interest. With 2,417 players signing up, the guarantee was easily met, pushing the total prize fund to €304,542.
The 2025 THMC in Rozvadov now holds the record for the largest field in its history. Tougu’s win earned him €51,850, while the tournament’s success reinforced its reputation as a major poker event. The €304,542 prize pool was distributed among the top finishers.
