Eichstätt’s Intercultural Women’s Breakfast unites ten nations in celebration
The annual Intercultural Women's Breakfast in Eichstätt saw a higher attendance this year, with nearly 40 women from ten different nations joining in. Gülsüm Giritli, coordinator of integration services at the Maltese in the Eichstätt diocese, led the organisation of this vibrant and diverse event, which was part of the Intercultural Week.
The gathering brought together women from various backgrounds, fostering an enriching exchange of ideas. Participating organisations included Caritas, Diakonie, and the city of Eichstätt. The Welt-Bruecke association contributed to the event by presenting on the topic of 'Fair Products'.
Giritli coordinated the event in cooperation with the Welt-Bruecke association, ensuring a successful and inclusive celebration of cultural diversity.
