EAPT Batumi 2024: $1M Guaranteed in 23 Tournaments Starting April 2
The Eastern European Poker Tour (EAPT) is set to return to Batumi from April 2 to 11. This year's series will offer a total guaranteed prize pool of $1,000,000 across 23 tournaments. Eclipse casino will host the event, which includes both live and online qualifying options for players of all budgets. The centrepiece of the series is the Main Event, featuring a $1,250 buy-in and a $350,000 guaranteed prize pool. Players can choose from six starting flights, with Day 1A kicking off on April 7 at 12:00 PM local time. Online satellites for the Main Event are already running on PokerOK, where winners secure $2,000 packages.
Daily satellites with buy-ins ranging from $0.02 to $20 provide budget-friendly routes into the tournament. Those who win seats through these satellites can use them for the Main Event's opening day. Alongside the Main Event, the series includes 11 live satellites and two major side tournaments. The Luxon Pay Special Bounty tournament carries an $80,000 guaranteed prize pool with a $500 buy-in. Another highlight is the EAPT Cup, offering a $75,000 guarantee for a $400 entry fee. As of now, no official figures have been released on the number of players registered for the online satellites or the Main Event itself.
The EAPT Batumi series runs for ten days, offering a mix of high-stakes and affordable entry points. With a million-dollar prize pool and multiple ways to qualify, the event aims to attract a wide range of players. The first cards will be dealt on April 2 at Eclipse casino.
