Dubai Festival City Mall & Blue Rewards Launch Mall-Wide Loyalty Programme

Dubai Festival City Mall and Blue Rewards have teamed up to launch a mall-wide loyalty programme. Shoppers can now earn and redeem points across a wide range of brands, with the initiative set to enhance customer experience.

The new programme, a collaboration between Al-Futtaim Real Estate and Blue Rewards, allows shoppers to earn Blue Points at over 400 brands within the mall. Earning points is simple and digital - customers just need to scan their receipts on the Blue app after making a purchase.

Hayssam Hajar, Executive Director, Regional Malls, Al-Futtaim Real Estate, praised the programme's ease and digital nature. Dany Karam, Chief Marketing and Partnership Officer at Al-Futtaim, Blue, highlighted the customer-centric approach, aiming to add value to every visit. Redemption options include vouchers from major lifestyle brands like IKEA and Marks & Spencer.
