DraftKings Debuts AI-Powered Tool to Promote Safer Betting Habits
DraftKings has added a new tool to its Responsible Gaming Center to help players make safer choices. The company has integrated Gamalyze, an AI-powered platform developed by Danish startup Mindway AI. This move aims to give users more personalised feedback on their gaming habits.
The tool is now live for all DraftKings customers within the existing responsible play hub.
Gamalyze works by analysing player behaviour through a simulated card game. It tracks decisions in real time and offers tailored insights on risk levels, self-control, and decision-making. The system is built on neuroscience research, designed to encourage more informed gaming choices.
DraftKings already provides responsible gaming features like deposit limits, time restrictions, and self-exclusion options. The addition of Gamalyze is meant to make these tools more interactive and user-focused. The company has described the integration as a natural extension of its ongoing efforts to promote safer play.
Mindway AI, a spin-off from Aarhus University, specialises in AI-driven solutions for player protection. Led by CEO Rasmus Kjaergaard, the firm monitors over 14.7 million active players each month across 65 regulated markets. It became part of Better Collective, a major shareholder, earlier this year.
DraftKings has emphasised that responsible gaming remains a core part of its customer experience. The partnership with Mindway AI reflects its wider strategy of investing in research, technology, and industry collaborations to meet best practices in regulated betting markets.
The new feature is accessible through DraftKings’ Responsible Gaming Center, where users can now find Gamalyze alongside existing tools. The company plans to keep expanding its responsible gaming resources with further updates. This latest addition follows its commitment to providing players with clearer, science-backed support for safer betting.
