Dentsu Lab launches in Mumbai to drive bold innovation across India
Dentsu has expanded its global innovation network with the launch of Dentsu Lab in India. The lab, led by Gurbaksh Singh, was inaugurated in Mumbai on July 15, 2025, joining existing labs in Tokyo, London, and Warsaw. Singh, serving as Chief Creative Officer & Chief Innovation Officer - South Asia, aims to foster fast, bold, and impactful innovation in the region.
Dentsu Lab in India has already begun unveiling prototypes that showcase its creative R&D capabilities. From Tokyo, the lab has presented Tokonoma and Unlabeled, while from India, Garuda Rakshak and Motorola Deep Connect have been showcased. These innovations span diverse touchpoints, including events, sports, gaming, and extended realities.
