Day 6: Matthew Negus Leads Final 14 in £150 Mini Main Event

Day 6 of the 2025 PartyPoker Tour Birmingham is underway, with the £150 Mini Main Event reaching its final stages. Fourteen players remain, led by Matthew Negus, vying for the title and a share of the £82,500 prize pool. Notable eliminations on Day 2 included PartyPoker Team Pros Jaime and Matt Staples, along with Ambassadors Natalie Bromley, Joe Beevers, and Alexander Georgiev.

The day began with 130 players, and the bubble burst, ensuring a £300 minimum cash for the remaining players. The final table will be streamed live on the PartyPoker YouTube channel with a 30-minute delay. Among the notable performances, Asif Warris, the last remaining ambassador, finished in 35th place, taking home £450. Meanwhile, Lewis Henderson made history by winning the £100 poker.pro R.O.S.E.T. event, becoming the first-ever winner of this discipline.

Today, the £150 Mini Main Event will crown its winner at Resorts World and Genting Casino. With Matthew Negus leading the field, the final 14 players will battle it out for the top prize. The event has seen exciting gameplay and notable eliminations, setting the stage for an thrilling conclusion.
