Coushatta Casino Resort hires new food and beverage director to transform dining

Coushatta Casino Resort, Louisiana's largest gaming destination, has named Britton Pruett as its new Director of Food and Beverage. The appointment follows a push to elevate dining standards and guest experiences across the resort. Pruett arrives with a strong background in hospitality, including senior roles at both commercial and tribal gaming properties.

Pruett will now oversee all restaurant, bar, banquet, and beverage operations at the resort. Her responsibilities include refining the wine program, enhancing culinary offerings, and developing special event menus. The resort has previously aligned its wine selections with the benchmarks of the Wine Spectator Award of Excellence, though specific past honours remain undisclosed.

Nate Tanner, General Manager of Coushatta Casino Resort, highlighted Pruett's creativity and precision as key strengths.
