Christopher Staats wins second WSOP gold bracelet in $1,500 Six-Handed No-Limit Hold'em

Christopher Staats has claimed his second World Series of Poker (WSOP) gold bracelet. The victory came in Event #13: $1,500 Six-Handed No-Limit Hold'em at the 2025 WSOP, earning him $414,950 in prize money. His win marks another success in six-max events, where he has now secured both of his bracelets.

Staats entered the tournament after a long break from major competitions. Despite months away from high-stakes play, he outlasted a tough field to take the top prize. His career live earnings now approach $2.5 million following this result.

David Jackson, who already held two WSOP bracelets, finished as runner-up. He collected $276,562, pushing his total career earnings beyond $5.4 million. Jackson's previous wins included a 2023 online event and a 2024 $777 Lucky 7's tournament. Shundan Xiao secured third place, earning $197,869. Damarjai Davenport followed in fourth, taking home $143,206. Meanwhile, Eshaan Bhalla, known online as 'Brownballa', was eliminated in fifth for $104,858.

Staats' victory reinforces his reputation in six-max poker. The $414,950 prize adds significantly to his career total, now nearing $2.5 million. For Jackson, the runner-up finish further cements his standing among the game's top earners.
