Benny Glaser secures sixth WSOP bracelet in $1,500 Dealer's Choice triumph

Benny Glaser has claimed his sixth World Series of Poker (WSOP) bracelet after winning Event #7: $1,500 Dealer's Choice. The victory came at the 2025 WSOP, where he outlasted a field of 597 players to secure the top prize of $150,246. His latest win places him among an elite group of just 26 players with six or more career titles.

The 2025 WSOP event drew 597 entrants, creating a total prize pool of $792,518. Glaser entered the final day as the chip leader and maintained his dominance throughout the competition.

At the final table, he eliminated four opponents in quick succession: Stephen O'Dwyer, Scott Jacewiczokelly, Scott Bohlman, and Andrew Park. This set the stage for a heads-up showdown against Matthew Schreiber, who ultimately finished in second place for $100,137. Glaser's previous WSOP victory came in 2023, when he won the $10,000 Limit 2-7 Triple Draw Championship. With this latest triumph, his lifetime tournament earnings now surpass $8.9 million.

The win solidifies Glaser's position among poker's most decorated players. He joins a select few, including Phil Hellmuth, Phil Ivey, and Daniel Negreanu, who have each claimed six or more WSOP bracelets. The $150,246 prize adds to his already impressive career total.
