The Arctic Center's construction is currently 83% complete, but no progress has been made in the last three months. The Yakutian government is now working on a new, realistic schedule for the project's completion. Despite the setback, 208 workers remain on the construction site, indicating ongoing efforts to keep the project moving forward.
