Apple iSports Enters Online Gaming With AiC Enterprises Joint Venture
Apple iSports has teamed up with AiC Enterprises LLC in a new joint venture. The deal, signed on 28 February 2026, marks the company's move into the online gaming and entertainment industries. Both firms aim to expand their digital reach while creating fresh revenue streams.
The partnership will see Apple iSports license its 'apple-i' brand for B2B and B2C gaming services under the appleiCasino name.
The agreement allows Apple iSports to enter the global online gambling market. AiC Enterprises will bring operational expertise, while Apple iSports provides brand recognition and management support. Together, they plan to enhance user experience in digital gaming and entertainment.
CEO Joe Martinez highlighted the joint venture's role in future growth. He noted that the deal supports plans for business acquisitions, with the long-term goal of listing on the NASDAQ mainboard. As of early March 2026, however, Apple iSports remains listed on the OTC-QB market, with no immediate changes to its market position or strategic direction.
The collaboration also opens new income opportunities for both companies. By combining resources, they intend to strengthen their presence in gaming, entertainment, and digital services.
The joint venture between Apple iSports and AiC Enterprises LLC is now officially in place. It enables the launch of appleiCasino and expands the company's footprint in online gaming. For now, Apple iSports continues trading on the OTC-QB exchange, with no further updates on its NASDAQ listing plans.
