Abraham Ceesvin Joins APT’s Million-Dollar Club After Jeju Main Event Win

Abraham Ceesvin has become the fifth player to surpass $1 million in earnings on the Asian Poker Tour (APT), following his victory in the APT Jeju Main Event. This impressive feat comes as the APT prepares for its most ambitious series yet, the APT Championship in Taipei.

Ceesvin's first-place prize of $464,000 in the APT Jeju Main Event, which attracted 1,693 entries and boasted a $2.7 million prize pool, pushed his APT earnings over the seven-figure mark. This remarkable achievement follows hot on the heels of Lester Edoc's two Main Event wins in Manila in 2018, solidifying Ceesvin's place among the tour's elite.

Looking ahead, the APT Championship in Taipei is set to be the tour's most spectacular event to date. With over 200 events on the schedule and a massive $5 million guaranteed prize pool for the Main Event, the stage is set for another record-breaking series. The APT, currently the fastest growing poker tour globally, is poised to continue its impressive momentum in 2025.

Ceesvin's milestone win in Jeju adds another exciting chapter to the APT's history. As the tour looks towards Taipei, poker enthusiasts around the world eagerly await the next record to be broken. With a deep and talented player pool, including the likes of Lester Edoc, Allan Le, and Devan Tang, the APT Championship promises to be an unforgettable event.
