16-Hour Media Marathon Unites Tech, Culture and Global Live Reports
A 16-hour media marathon is currently taking place, running from 9:00 AM to 1:00 AM. The event brings together live performances, technological innovations, and discussions on key topics like AI, esports, and national culture.
Five main platforms—Main Stage, Talk Show Platform, Innovation Hub, Central Communications Hub, and Express Camera—host the wide-ranging programme.
The marathon is showcasing cutting-edge projects at the Innovation Hub. Among them are Aleem, a mechanical heart prototype, an improved wheelchair design, and a smart stadiometer. Another highlight is the Mainsafe smart glove, designed to improve miner safety, alongside a project turning polluted air into printer ink.
Robotic systems developed by local inventors are assisting journalists during the event. Emergency specialists will also demonstrate a firefighting robot and AI-controlled robotic dogs. Meanwhile, holographic displays are offering a retrospective of Kazakhstan's major achievements. Live reports are streaming in from correspondents across the globe, including the United States, Russia, Turkey, China, Belgium, and various regions of Kazakhstan. The event will also honour winners of the *Qaiyrymdy Zhan* (Kind Soul) award. On the entertainment side, performances by BAYANSULU, AUKA, KOBA, and DJ MONOGAMM are scheduled. Discussions will cover society, women's rights, education, and national development. Notably, the Kazakh unit *Tomiris*—comprising four female officers—recently secured first place at the UAE SWAT Challenge in the women's team category.
The marathon blends technology, culture, and live reporting into a single event. Innovations like robotic assistance, smart safety gear, and holographic retrospectives are on full display. The programme continues until 1:00 AM, offering a mix of performances, debates, and global updates.
